Functions and Features
Direct power on, auto power on auto power off
Direct power on, auto power on and auto power off features eliminate the need to always use the power button on the remote control or projector cabinet.

Quick power off and direct power off
The quick power off function stops the cooling fan immediately after turning off the power to the projector, which makes it possible to move the projector quickly.
For a rapid shut down, the projector can be turned off without powering off the projector using the direct power off function and a power strip equipped with a switch and breaker.

Lamp life is extended to 6,000 hours (eco mode)

Carbon meter for visualizing environmental impact
The projector employs a ‘carbon meter’ that displays the reduced volume of carbon dioxide emissions from using eco mode.

Graphic on-screen design using icons offers intuitive operation

HDMI input port (VE281X/VE281)
The VE281X and VE281 projectors are equipped with HDMI ports, enabling them to project digital image signals in high resolution. The HDMI input also supports audio signals.

Low power consumption in power-saving (Stand by) mode
Power consumption in power-saving (Stand by) mode is 0.3 W (100-130 V AC) or 0.4W (200-240 V AC) , which is compatible with European regulation ErP Lot6 Tier2 and help to reduce the total cost of ownership.

A/V Mute Lens Shutter
Fully manage what is being projected simply by sliding the A/V Mute Lens Shutter. Doing so will project a black screen internally, switching off all audio and visual instantly, akin to putting the projector into “sleep” mode.

Alternatively, use the A/V Mute Timer to avoid unnecessary projection. When this is turned ‘ON’, the projector will automatically power off if the A/V shutter is closed for 30 minutes, saving lamp life and reducing power consumption.
